11 Yr. Old Ewelina Bledniak Ordered To Leave U.S. For Poland

“Ewelina’s family came to America in 1999, and her father has become an American citizen. Her mother, a permanent resident, also is seeking to become a citizen. But because of a lawyer’s mistake eight years ago, according to the Bledniaks, Ewelina can’t stay in the U.S. with her parents.” Link

This is just not right! Our goverment system is totally messed up. I am Ewelina’s neighbor and the little girl is the sweetest child I have met. Ewelina’s parents are very nice. Cuba has citizenship, agnes has a green card and the LAWYER messed up their paperwork. What is this???? We American’s are taking out on a child and breaking the family apart because of a LAWYER????
It’s the Lawyer’s fault NOT theirs. We pay $$$$ for good Lawyers to protect us and this is what they get? We need to think about who we need to be focusing on. Their are more problems then an 11 year old. Who gets punished???? An 11 year old?? I am sadden that we are Americans and this is what we do to an innocent child and family.
