“An ambulance idling for at least an hour late Wednesday night in the parking lot of an Upper Moreland apartment complex was being used for sex, Upper Moreland police reported. As a result a 17-year-old Horsham girl and Dimtry Sergeyevich, 18, and Ivan Duka, 20, both of Philadelphia, were cited for disorderly conduct. ” Link
