Andres: First Hurricane Forms In Pacific
“Andres packed maximum winds near 75 mph, just over the threshold of hurricane strength, but was expected to weaken over the next day or two, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said. The center of the storm as of 5 p.m. EDT was about 65 miles west-southwest of the port city of Manzanillo.
