College Football Players Michael Clemmons And Luster Lewis Arrested After Video Tape Found Of Alleged Rape

“Two Santa Ana College football players and a friend have been charged with raping and assaulting an 18-year-old woman while she lay unconscious in an Orange County hotel room. Freshman running back Michael Clemmons, 19, and sophomore wide receiver Luster Lewis, 20, were arrested this week after someone found a 19-minute video the players made of the assault, the Orange County district attorney’s office said Friday. John Paul Foster II, 22, is also accused of helping the players repeatedly rape the victim in July after she passed out at a party at a hotel in Tustin. The three men each pleaded not guilty to six counts of rape and sexual assault and were being held Friday on $100,000 bail.” [Link]

this wasnt anything to do with race. and i think its wrong u are all here making completely stupid comments. the girl was under the influence of something in which kept her unconscience during the rape these guys where people she knew.

why should the race of the victims and of those involved matter? the victim is just that, a VICTIM. i am completely shocked and disgusted by what happened. i know one of the people involved and i don’t believe it had anything to do with race. i don’t know all the facts but it was a stupid, senseless act and unfortunately they have ruined someone else’s life as well as their own.

Now, People.. i know that there is a lot of confusion going around and rumors about a hate crime and such just browsing to this but lets check back in with reality….

Obviously these two young men have picked up this woman at a party… Hint “party” it wasn’t after some dinner that she fell asleep in a car where its innocent and safe no it was at a party. She was unconscious right? Well if she was unconscious at the time and at a party I’m very sure that she wasn’t just sleepy… could have been from the consumption of alcohol or drugs she had that night… she is stated in the report to be 18 years old correct? well don’t you think there is a point to be made that underage drinking should have been traced down to the hostess of the party who had the alcohol distributing towards the ones who were present at that time.

wrong place wrong time is absolutely true but whats also is true is that she didnt have to be there that night.

im old fashion so what. this young girl shouldn’t have been doing the things shes done but with her actions there are consiquences to be paid. her actions was that she lost control over herself not knowing her limits and thus leading up to the point where she gave off the vibe to these two young men that she was EASY

these men what they did was wrong. could have easily have set up some time of an appointment under legal laws to engage in such activity but instead does this because she laid out the cards on the table LITERALLY. now i see a domino affect here because one pillar knocked down causes a whole mess for the rest.

for you two boys actually just one of you. i went to school with and with me speaking the honest truth i believe what you did was inappropriate in so many ways that i know this will stick with you for the rest of your life… i am dissapointed in you all of you for that fact

BUT I KNOW that PEOPLE CAN CHANGE listen to you heart boys and just work yourself out of this… it may seem bad now but just keep your heads high. youll get through it someday.
