“Milan police say 35-year-old Melissa Dawn McCord, a special education teacher at West Carroll Elementary in Atwood, had sex and exchanged sexually explicit text messages with a 14-year-old boy. Police arrested McCord Thursday. According to Jackson Sun, she also is charged with providing obscene materials to a minor, solicitation of a minor and solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct.
