“Steven Kelsey will appear in 52-1 District Court on Thursday, Feb. 19 for a preliminary examination on murder charges stemming from his sister Jesika Kelsey’s stabbing death, after waiving a preliminary exam on Wednesday, Jan. 7. According to Michael McCarthy, Kelsey’s court-appointed defense attorney, a decision hasn’t been made on whether Steven Kelsey will undergo a psychiatric evaluation.” [Link]
