New Jersey High School Drama Teacher Lisa Glide Accused Of Affair With Student

“An Old Bridge High School drama teacher was arrested today on charges she had a sexual relationship with a male student that started in February, authorities said. Lisa Glide, 35, of Howell Township, Monmouth County, faces a second-degree charges of sexual assault and child endangerment, Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan said in a statement issued today.” [Link]

I’m just curious as to how it being classified as sexual assualt and child endangerment when the man, yes man, was 18 at the time of incident. I mean the kid can go make porn and distribute it but heaven forbid he choose to have sex with another consenting adult. Obviously it a faux pa to have sex with a student if you’re a teacher but she didn’t break a law. What she did do should cost her her job but not imprisonment.
After all the were both of consenting age. Unless there is more information not published or shared then as it stands she should emancipated.
Anyway my 2 cents.
Just cause there were teachers I would have done when I was in my senior year as well. But I’m not a hater I give the guys props.
