What I want to know is why are more American's not making more noise. This girl climbed all over a WWII Memorial at night (because she knew it was illegal), half dressed to take sexy photos. Who cares where the pictures came from, who cares who leaked them? They are out there now and the Memorial pictures are clearly her. It's a War Memorial!! Is it ok for our youth to go and do that anywhere they feel like it? It's ok? And why isn't the news talking about this. The more graphic ones are not her. Who cares about those, STOP ignoring what she did to federal land in Washington DC. Land that is used as a Memorial to our fallen hero's. To many families whose men never came home, this is their cemetery to pay tribute and grieve. This is a big deal.
The Brits who run American Idol don't care about our War Hero's, our laws, or the fact they are using the word "American" in the title of their hit show. I'm a proud American and the fact this girl was allowed to stay and sing makes me want the name of that show changed. American's have a say. I don't want my country associated with a show that allows its contestant's to act that way and then keep them on there representing their country.

How dare she stand on the same stage that a member of the Armed Forces is competing on. Phil Stacey is in the military. How does he feel about her being on there after what she did to a WAR MEMORIAL???

I agree with you that what she did was absolutely wrong in disrepecting the war memorial but i dont think that you should blaming the producer's of american idol for her past actions. They are judging based on her singing and if the american audience does not vote her off then she stays on. In all fairness, the local law enforcement of washington D.C should be using this as evidence to press charges against her for posing naked on a public monument. But i understand what you are saying, she has no respect for the hero's of this country, however, we can't go trashing the brits and assuming they don't care about this country...hell we helped them when the war and they totally appreciate that! They even went to iraq with us despite the rest of europe's protest. Anyway, this is a great website...keep up the good work.

My words are "The Brits who run American Idol" not all Brits. The shows producers are British and they are aware of these photos and have come out and said they are and that they are not kicking her off the show. So I can blame them directly they care more about their ratings and money then what's right here. She disgraced herself and that monument.

There are several issues here. They had a former contestant kicked off for the same thing but see the other contestant she was fat and black. This girl is skinny and white and she stays. The messages these British producers are sending is clear, "We dont care." Well I do care and want my voice heard!

The photos of this young woman Antonella Barba on American Idol taken at the WWII Memorial are disrespectful and she should not be allowed to continue on the show. By allowing her to stay Fox and American Idol are saying it is ok for her and other idol contestants to break laws at War Memorial's, trample all over them and pose half nude in the waters of them. The stones that many feel are headstones for the dead soldiers that never returned home is where she placed her thonged rear end and exposed half her breast. She posed on the Central Pacific stone.

Fox and Idol would be saying hey next year go take off half your clothes jump in the waters in Pearl Harbor at the USS Arizona Memorial in Oahu Hawaii and pose like Antonella Barba did. You'll do great on American Idol when these photos hit the internet.

I am asking Fox and Idol to please set an example here and remove her as a contestant.

yes it is bad that she degrade a war memorial but it is degrading to women no matter where she did it and I also don't think she should have been allowed to appear as a contestant.
