Two women are fighting over Lindsay Lohan’s affection. The “Mean Girls” actress is reportedly caught at the center of a fight between her lesbian friends desperate to get her love. Former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel’s daughter Courtenay Semel is reportedly competing with DJ Samantha Ronson for the actress/singer. A source tells Star magazine, “Sam and Courtenay fight for Lindsay’s attention. Both have told her they love her.” Samantha, whose parents are writer Ann Dexter-Jones and band manager Laurence Ronson, is often seen partying with the actress. Samantha reportedly kept in constant contact with Lohan even when she was in rehab through their MySpace page.
