Authorities say the girl and her mother were shopping Monday when the toddler began crying. “Elizabeth Gaddy, a 45-year-old social studies teacher at Callaway Middle School in Hogansville, Georgia has been arrested on multiple charges after police say she had sex with a 13-year-old student for months.
