Helen Goddard, 26, taught music at a prestigious central London school before her arrest in July. Goddard, of Thornham Street, Greenwich, south-east London, pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual activity with a female child under 16. ” Link

“Morrow County District Attorney Elizabeth Ballard said Wendy Cannin, 30, remains in jail on $40,000 bail. The grand jury, Ballard said, came back with six charges against Cannin:

• one count of third-degree rape, a Class C felony;
• one count of second-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony;
• one count of third-degree sodomy, a Class C felony;
• two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, Class A misdemeanors;
• and one count of sexual misconduct, also a Class C misdemeanor.” Link

“Melissa Andreini, a teacher of three years at Helper Junior High School, was charged in 7th District Court with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, a third-degree felony. The victim, who was not Andreini’s student, told investigators he had sex with the teacher three times at her home near the school. According to the court documents, Andreini often brought coffee before the school day and gave it to the victim and his friends in her classroom.” Link

“Kissimmee police will work Thursday to find out if an art teacher accused of sex with a 14-year-old boy had inappropriate relationships with any other teenagers. Police say 32-year-old Melanie Fonseca admitted to the crime when they confronted her. Fonseca met the teenager while teaching at the Boys and Girl’s Club summer camp. Investigators say the two had sex in an apartment complex laundry room, across town from the Boys and Girls Club.” Link

“Yesterday Goddard admitted six counts of sexual activity with the girl between February and July this year. She faces a prison sentence of up to 14 years.
