“Melissa Andreini, a teacher of three years at Helper Junior High School, was charged in 7th District Court with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, a third-degree felony. The victim, who was not Andreini’s student, told investigators he had sex with the teacher three times at her home near the school. According to the court documents, Andreini often brought coffee before the school day and gave it to the victim and his friends in her classroom.” Link
“Michael J. Pratt, 37, appeared in 4th District Court to hand over the computer’s hard drive. He was held in jail, but posted $20,000 bail for his release on Saturday. He has not been officially charged. He was fired from his position as principal at Lone Peak High School’s LDS Seminary on Friday. ” Link

In October Max Cannon pleaded guilty to two felony counts of distributing a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of prostitution. Eight other charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal.
