Also, I really hope that the musical is not being done in any part as a reaction to the prop 8 results. I mean, the fact that tons of other churches were involved, but because they are more independently run, they didn't get as much attention, leads me to be disappointed with the media. I'm not trying to say that the church didn't play a big part, I know that they did. My point is just that they did not do it alone. If they had, I really don't think prop 8 would have passed.
